i finally kicked abbie off the loop. i had too many complaints about how dry and boring her posts were
actually i'm feeling a bit of pressure, trying to keep up with miss comedy blogger. she left me high and dry, i begged her to keep posting until my fingers healed a bit, but she was so insensitive, she said - i have a life, i've taken care of you for long enough!
you all know the truth that she's an angel and she'll be popping in once in awhile, so all of you who only read for abbie anderson humor will have to keep checking in.
i'm doing okay. i'm officially a druggie. i pop lortab and percocet like candy. my five-year old asked when i needed to eat my drugs. we might need to explain some things to his primary teacher about mom's drug habits.
abbie told me i had to come up with a fun workout since it's a holiday. what is she expecting? pioneer cardio challenge - walk 20 miles in searing heat, without water, carrying your 6-month old on your hip, dragging you 20-month old by the hand and sweetly asking - because i'm sure they never yelled - so kindly begging your other 6 children to keep up and please not run in front of the oxen.
now that sounds like a ton o' fun - but i bet they had tough calves, pity they never showed them to anybody with dresses that came to their ankles - sorry, that was a bit irreverent, blame it on the drugs.
okay, here's a workout you might actually do.
because it's a holiday, let's (did i just say let's, i meant you since all i can do is plaster my widening bum to the couch) anyway, you do legs on wednesday and make tomorrow just a fun cardio day. try an endurance workout - long and pleasant. go on a long, slow jog or speedwalk or bike ride, just try and go early, heat exhaustion isn't too fun.
have a great workout, abbie or i will post a leg workout tomorrow - now you'll have to check, just the hope of abbie has you in anticipation - that sentence doesn't really work, but i don't care, i'm going to take more drugs and watch my backside spread some more.
by the way, abbie keeeps forgetting to remind you if you need exercise descriptions they're on my website - www.camichecketts.com - under the links page.
